The Pager Blocker is a 3D-printed pager knob guard designed to help prevent accidental volume changes, power-on, and knob damage on compatible portable pagers.
Built for fire departments, EMS, search and rescue, ski patrol, security, utilities, forestry, industrial crews, and other field users, The Pager Blocker helps protect exposed pager controls while keeping the volume knob accessible when needed.

Why We Made It
The Pager Blocker was created after customers using The Knob Blocker for portable two-way radios asked for a similar solution for their pagers.
Those customers found that exposed pager controls could be accidentally bumped, turned down, powered on, or damaged during field use. We worked directly with customers to design and test The Pager Blocker for the pagers they use in real-world environments.
The result is a simple, rugged pager accessory that helps protect critical controls while keeping the pager usable and accessible.

Materials
The Pager Blocker is 3D printed from PETG, a durable thermoplastic commonly used for strong, impact-resistant parts.
PETG offers good toughness, water resistance, and layer adhesion, making it well suited for field-use accessories. PETG is also recyclable.
